One of my nearest and dearest friends is getting married at the end of this month. Since I am her maid of honor, I've been asked to give a toast at the reception. While discussing this daunting task with a girlfriend of mine, she told me a something she'd used for her toast at her sisters wedding. I absolutely loved it, and will likely be using it myself.
"A successful marriage has less to do with finding the right mate, and more to do with being the right mate."
